Joseph will bring spring to life this Wednesday when he talks to the Hardy Plant Society on “Great Non-Wimpy Plants — That You Don’t Already Grow” Join the Hardy Plant Society Wednesday night at 7pm (March 22nd) at the Solomon Welles House , 220 Hartford Avenue, Wethersfield, CT. From the Silas Deane Highway (Route 99) turn East on Nott Street. The house is located at the intersection of Nott Street, Hartford Avenue and State Street. Socializing and goodies will begin at 7:00PM with the speaker scheduled for 7:30 PM. A $10 donation from guests is appreciated to help cover speaker costs…

Joseph is part of the team behind The Garden Professor’s blog and facebook group working to provide solid, scientifically grounded gardening information. He also draws ridiculous gardening cartoons.
